Looking for commercial insurance?
If you're an established or growing business exploring commercial insurance, approaching renewal or considering a new brokerage relationship, we would welcome the chance to learn about your operations and coverage needs.
We specialize in construction, transportation, development and select commercial industries, with our deepest roots in California and licenses in Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Utah. The best place to start is a commercial insurance review request, so we can evaluate your needs and the markets available.
Looking for industry information?
Our contractor resource center gathers construction-industry guides, insurance education, coverage tools and links to useful business resources — contract and project requirements, bonding, safety, contractor operations and more — to explore at your convenience.

What is the fastest way to reach Gleason Insurance Brokers?
Call 844-978-7283. For anything time-sensitive — a certificate needed before a crew mobilizes, a bid closing this week — a call is faster than any form.
Is there an online form instead of calling?
Yes. The quote form collects the operations detail a carrier asks for, so for new or renewal coverage it is usually the better starting point. There are separate forms for certificate requests and payments, each built around what that request needs.
What should I have ready before I call?
The legal entity name and license number, a plain description of the work, rough payroll and revenue, how much is subcontracted, any written insurance requirement from a contract, and current declarations pages if coverage is already in force.
Do you only work with businesses near the office?
No. The office is in Folsom, but coverage is placed statewide across California and in Arizona, Nevada, Texas and Utah.
I need a certificate of insurance. Do I contact you here?
Use the certificate request page rather than a general message — it captures the holder, the project and the endorsement wording being asked for, which is what a certificate actually needs to be issued correctly.
Can you tell me what a contract requires before I call?
Often, yes. The Coverage Align Tool compares a contract's insurance language against what is in place and flags what does not line up, which makes the conversation that follows a much shorter one.
Do I have to be an existing client to get in touch?
No. The same number and the same forms work whether there is a policy in place or not.
What if I am not sure which coverage I need?
Say so. Describing what the business does on a job is more useful than naming lines of coverage, and working out which ones apply is the part a broker is for.
